Hi Guys !!!

I just wanna say that I really had a GREAT time with you guys yesterday. Thak you for the most wonderful four years, thank you for your prayers and blessings. Really thank you ! Aly gives a big hug to all of you. As I leave for Taiwan on the 13th pls pls pls be very good children k ! Pls bring friends !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Esp my 2 students Jaden and Sean cannot run one. haha Just wanna share a little about how God is blessing me.

During the mid of this year, I was really going through alot of testings from God. Everything seems to be crumpling down. Almost every night I tear in the presence of God and at that time only God's hand is there for me. No man could truly understand the anguish and burden in my heart. Events after events. One of the worst moments was when I had to struggle to forgive my parents. But guys the end of this year is totally a 360 degrees change. God blessed me with parents that can understand what i do for God and for people, a piano that I wanted so bad that I struggled much with persuading my parents before I got it, i got to know Pst Audrey more through ANDG and personally and my relationship with my friends and you guys improved tremendously.

Guys, God's blessings is really evident in my life. He is indeed the writer of my destiny. This is just one of chapter of blessings in my life. Guys, before this chapter I passed many tests with flying colours, and I never have to take those tests again. If you want God to bless you and be evident in your life you have to sacrifice and be obedient to the calling of God. If you pray for strength, God will definaltely put you in a situation where you'll learn to draw strength from God. Seeing my life living and yielded totally to God's word and purpose I learn to breathe easily.

Living in God's purpose for you is like taking in a breath of fresh air and then you let go of that air easily. Living with God should be like that, taking in a deep breath of His love, strength, anoniting, faith, wisdom, truth and all of Him in to your life and then breathing out all your burdens, stress, problems and all of you back to Him. Living with God should be this easy. It should be so clear to you, so fresh, so life filled. That whenever you encounter a problem, you'll know who to run to. Indeed His faithfulness is the best gift He has given to me. In every problem I encounter, He was there and never left.

Remember, He love those who seek Him dilligently. Do not be afraid to take all your life to find Him. Because God loves to be seek. Guys, my prayer for all of you is that you my see the fruits of your breathrough. Just like how I am experiecing the fruits of my breakthroughs. Live breathing God. Love breathing God.

I believe that we had seen on Harvest Highlight about the music production of children church “When I grow up” and heard from last Saturday sermon from Pastor Tan about Lost dream.

Hmm now I will really encourage you all to put on your dreamy cap and dream the dream of what you want to be as we are going closer to as we grow up.

Building Fund.

Are you in the midst of breakdown?
In the brim of giving up?
In time of troubles?
In between walls that are crushing in?

In Psalms 23:4 it says:
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. "

David continue to walk despite in his darkest hour(in the valley). He chose not to fear any evil. For he knows that God almighty is with him and His rod(guidance) and staff(authority) comforts him.

In the very situation you are in, continue to walk through it, continue have faith and not fear, continue to believe and trust God is with you and enter into His Word and ask Him to direct you. His presence will be there to calm you, His Holy Spirit will be there to guide you. And you will be overcomer in Christ. =)

Or are you saying:"God i prayed! I really prayed for breakthrough. I really really really prayed! Why is this happening to me?"

Remember Evan Almighty? When the wife ditch the husband who thinks he is Noah and will be saving the world, 'God' came as a waiter before the wife.

'God':"Why are you so troubled?"
Wife:"That guy on the Television is my husband. He's crazy."
'God':"He is doing what he was called to do. To change the world. He prayed that he will be a world changer. Now is the chance for him to do so."
"When you prayed for patience, will God input patience instantanouly or will He give an opportunity for patience to be trained?
When you prayed for unity for the family. Will God give unity instantaneously or will He give an opportunity for your family to be united?"

Apply this to your current situation!

Is this the opportunity to breakthrough as you had previously prayed? Are you seeing what God has planned?

My takeaway is BE OPTIMISTIC! Even all things may seems dark and without light, God is there helping you going through all this and molding your character! Yield to God and incline to the Holy Spirit for guidance!

Lastly I want to THANK GOD!

Thank God for the revenues He provided me with, cause i thought that i won't be doing the balloon sculptor job anymore. I rejected my boss a lot of times. However, at the moment , i thought to myself that i'm poor, my boss actually called me. Initially the job pays $500 but eats into S1 timing, so i prayed about it. The event was canceled unfortunately and i thought must be God want me to go for S1. BUT HE DID ABOVE AND BEYOND THAT my boss gave me another one which will get $360 only but I'm able to attend S1 together with you guys!

Praise God!

If God can create an opportunity for Henry, God can create one for you too!

Hey Frenz...

I will like to share with you a testimony regard to Building Fund 2006...

I was challenge at that moment to give an amount that i really promise that in my life i had never save that amount before that building fund....

Once i know how much i was to give, i keep having worry to pay them as i am really a very very poor girl at that time...

As the day for building fund arise, i pledge that amount and really in my heart, i was really thinking, at the end of 6 month, am i able to clear it off???

the first 2 month, it was really tough cause i go through family financial problem and even i got cut many time of PUB til the point that i was even on the verge to stop giving,
but it is really the believe that i will give myself out of debt... so i keep on keeping on...

at the end of 2nd month, i was offer a job back at florist shop..and i was even given many chances to OT... and soon i am able to clear the amount every month...
and at the end of building fund, i did gave above what i pledge and ALL glory goes to GOD....

but it didnt stop, my blessing come after the Services of Benny Hinn, where i were blessed with money, things that i wanted and even a trip to taiwan, which if you tell me in building fund 2006, i will say it is simply impossible..

Looking Back, i really think it is GOD at WORK if not who can prove where these blessing come from and if not for GOD who held me on, i might had given up and i may have even miss the chance to be so bless....

HE not only bless me materially, HE even take care of my studies where by i am still able to perform and do well, bring my whole family out of debt too and many unknown blessing...

During these time, you might feel that all things seem to go wrong but if you hold on and press on to the end of the 6 month, It is a promise from GOD that we will get our reward in due season...

I really look forward to this coming building Fund, it is not just because of the blessing i can get but it is really a time with GOD.... and really you will draw closer to him...

I pray that it will be an encouragement to you and like what had been said...

DIFFERENT AMOUNT, SAME SACRIFICE =)

Hi guys,
I'm sure this verse, or rather, the phrase have been familiar to you. You probably have heard it from the pulpit, or from Cat, but have you ever wonder how can it be apply in your life? Well, let me have the honor to share a little of what God has been speaking to me and who knows? You might have a new perspective of this verse and you'll be blessed by it. So... Here I go...
First off, we know that God Himself is a God of war. Just google it or spend some time reading your bible and you'll find plenty of verses supporting it. A Lord of host means He is the Lord over an army. So, God Himself ain't against violence. And before you stone me to death, let me explain. Violence isn't simply just about physical force. It can mean as of a feeling. A feeling of violence. A language of violence. So the question is, "ain't heaven suppose to be a place without tears? How can it suffer from violence?". Well, the violence Jesus was talking about here is the feeling. The feeling of the older prophets, the older judges, the older kings who gave their life to expand the kingdom of God. And Jesus was in fact talking about John the baptist himself as being a violent man in the kingdom of God. The are violence to their dreams, passionate to their visions. They won't stop until they finish their race. They won't quit until they see what God had wanted to establish was established. The kingdom of God must be built on man and woman who are violence about the vision of God. We can never be so "mature", "holy" to see the footprints of satan and to remain calm about it. You see the footprints everyday. Terminal diseases, families broken, marriages ruined, children forsaken, hungers, debts, suicides, rapes, murders, drugs abused. How violence are we going to come against satan and his gang? How violence are we going to pray against the principalities of the dark? Can you remain calm? I can't.
Okay, let's bring this closer to home. Are your dreams vanishing? Are your goals seems to be more difficult to achieve? Are your visions blurring up? Friends, let's be encouraged today. Jesus is waiting for you. The angels are waiting for your call. At your prayer, at your call, they'll spin into action and they'll conquer lands for you. What dreams do you have? What visions do you see? A better family? Better relationships with people? Better financial strength? Closer union with God? I don't know. Whatever it is, you know it best yourself what do you really really want. Ask yourself, what is the one thing you will do if you know you won't fail? Go try it! Pray about it! The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much! Do not let the year end the same way it ended the last time it did. Do something different! Fight for your dreams. Live for your God-given visions. Remember this, Jesus said:"and the violent shall take it by force."

Last Lap of the race

Hey Guys,

its the last few months of the year and the question is back again " How's my year gonna end ?" Will it be different from last year or the previous two years ? Just how exactly would you want it to end. When the year comes to a closing, there will always be an internal built in checker in us that goes... Obedient (checked) Friendly (checked) and etc And that checker is called an attitude checker.

I recently learnt that WILLINGNESS does not equate to OBEDIENCE and vice versa. This turn out to be a real revealation for me. It is really true that you can be obedient but not willing and you can be willing but not obedient. During this last lap of the race, I really think that willingness being an attitude and a sacrifice can carry us through more breakthroughs. If willingness in your life has been included in these two areas, then truly willingness has become a lifestyle for you. Most breakthroughs people experience because there is a WILLINGNESS to change in their ATTITUDE towards their problem. Even the word breakthrough tells you that you have to BREAK THROUGH the wrong ATTITUDES you had regarding that area in your life.

I was browsing through our previous video and realised that many of us have changed. Some with a softer heart, some in size, some in attitudes and many more. But most importantly guys, before the building fund starts let's cry out to God and tell Him that you are willing, you are willing to scarifice so much more this time. I hope that the attached video can be a point of reference for you in your walk with God. A point of reference means a place where you can replay the goodness of God in your life again to carry on doing your best to get that breakthrough that you desire.

Accountability!

Cat spoke her heart, opened some eyes. And i'm here to just explain my little thought regarding this word :"Accountability."

There's two end to this word:
1) being too accountable that becomes very irritating sometimes.(Like go toilet also report.)
2) being too unaccountable that everyone lost touch with you and you with them.
So not being legalistic till very rigid nor being too liberal till totally lose you, we must strike the balance.

I believe its a not a case of NEED to account but you WANT to account cause when she knows of your situation she will be able to give you sound advise and help you.

Seriously, if you don't account to her, she can't account to you. She can't help you. Cause she don't even know.

So when you account, you open yourself up in position to recieve help and guidance.

You choose!

Take home of the day, its never a need, its a want to account cause you love her and wish her to guide you. =)

Hi people.
LK's here. Believe it or not, it's my first time blogging. Hope you'll be entertained and encourage by what you're about to read.
Basically...
Nothing has been going smooth for me. Trust me, I didn't say that because it's attention grabbing(now that everyone's using it, it's not so attention grabbing anymore anyway.) or it's the IN thing.
Alright, let's just start from 3rd Aug onwards, this is what that happened to me.
I lost my phone.
My bike's broken.
I flunk my EOY exam and I have to repeat a module next year. (alrite, it's my fault...)
My pay is delay for a very LLLLLLLOOOOONNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG time.
On today itself -
Can't fix my broken bike.
Bump into a road block while cycling.
Fell down in the middle of the road, my bicycle landed safely on me.
Instead of helping, the ah beng laughed...
Finned because I was trying to give way to the traffic police.
Lost my keys.
Mom scolded me.
Brother laughed at me.
devil's laughing too.
demons are partying.
angels looking.

And I wonder...

Where on earth is God...

...

He's right here.
Loving.
Looking.
Hearing.
Healing.

Guys, these kind of stuffs ain't big enough to be called a crisis is your life, but beware!
Getting enough of these can really frustrate you too. All these thumps in your life.
It's enough to make you believe that God hates you.
It's enough to invoke a dirty word.
It's enough to wear you out.

You recognize them too.
Long queues, slow traffic, unexpected bills, slow cashier, internet crash, lots of coins, unanswered calls, didn't turn up appointments, burnt food, unreasonable deadlines and many many more.

but hey. All these stuffs here are what it takes to produce character.

When dirt and sand gets into a clam, it irritates.
But after a longer period of time, a pearl can be found.

Praise and thank God in every situation and,
believe that He cares.

Falling into a realm where fear and failure does not exist

Hi guys,

I'm so glad that our cg blog is finally ready, all thanks to Elaine. Well, on my first entry, I would like to share about how I have been lately. Many of you might not know my past or ask me about it, many of you see the Aly today as who i am. Well..... unfortunately to disappoint you I have an ugly past too but I learnt to move in a realm of sucess. Many of us lead our lives differently. We learnt to walk, jump, sit and stand differently. Some of us were born in better families, some not so good. But unknowingly, all of us grow up and would yearn to be loved by others and ultimately find our life partners.

Falling into a place where fear and failure does not exist, honestly its not difficult. Its all in the mind... Sucess counts many a times on how you view certain situations in life. We know of many great man and woman of God who always moved in a realm of sucess. There's only one key to move into that realm and that is to, move in prayer and worship.

Worship is a place where fear does not exist, its a place where a connection with God sparks off into a new dream, a new vision and a new encounter. When you begin to move into a realm of worship where God is so close to you, only then will you be able to move in a realm of sucess. Only when there is an atmosphere of love, then God can set people free.

Guys, together let's move as a cellgroup into a whole new level of love, praise and worship. Our cellgroup has to be constantly built on the rock. Please remember to tell me your plans as to how you guys want to reach out. Thanks

Jaden's Testimony

I have been working on my “N” Level since early June, beginning from my D&T. There are a lot of things I must do; I spent almost 3 months on D&T project. It’s dreadful, I don’t know where to draw strength from and I depend on nothing to keep me going, because at that time I found nothing could keep me awake to work. As if this wasn’t enough, I loss sleep at night!

Well, to be honest, God wasn’t in my life at that time, I reasoned so that I can excuse myself from praying. My tiredness made me feel Service and Cell Group a waste of time, because it has nothing to do with my study. Slowly, God “disappear” in my heart.

Just as I thought I could work “peacefully” again, chaos begun. 6 boys who lives near me throw litter outside my house, spray paint outside my house and there is a thing that i totally cannot stand that is the volume they can actually produced from running, laughing, talking and even breathing! It was only then I realized I need God again, I remember praying to God to get those (SEC 3 only) guys quiet down (and it work again!). That happened almost immediately after I finished my prayer!

When I finally walk with God again, Life is easy again, I got the environment I need to study and I regain my strength, no more lack of sleep! The best thing is, my work begun to show its result very soon, it’s a miracle to know that you spend the same number of hours study the same chapter but the marks of the exams is so different.

Comment: Kwok Wei is an intelligent and eloquent speaker. Moreover, he has an enquiring mind and an enterprising spirit. He never hesitates to clarify his doubts in his work. He shows respect to his peers and teachers. As a leader, he encourages others to strive for better behaviour. In addition, he often went the extra mile to help his friends who have doubts in their studies. However, he needs to bring his books to school regularly.

See the difference? With God and Without God.

During this time, I can tell u honestly that obeying God and taking precious time to go for Service and Cell Group is hard but God will still keep His promise, HE will let you be THE HEAD and not the tail, ABOVE and not beneath That’s why I will make time for God now no matter how urgent my work is!

I’m here to encourage all my beloved friends that no matter whatever you will be/are facing, may it be time constraint or thousands of mathematic questions you can’t solved, God will bring you through it.

Driving a car is to focus on the front window and not the side or back window. When you walk with God, always focus on God because He is the front window that you will be seeing that will lead you forward.
